This large apartment is located within the Bellresguard complex which is approximately 100m from the Pine Walk beach. Set within large garden it has a communal swimming as well as a fully furnished private balcony.

Inside the property has a spacious lounge/dining room with satellite television and DVD player. Large French windows open onto the fully furnished sunny balcony with views of the pool.
