This apartment is located within the residential area of Boquer which is approximately 150 metres from the Pine Walk beach and centre of Puerto Pollensa. It has a communal swimming pool and gardens as well as a fully furnished private sun terrace and garden. There is a small gate from the garden leading directly to the swimming pool.

Inside the property has a spacious lounge/dining room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite television and DVD player. Large French windows open onto the fully furnished terrace and private garden. The kitchen comes very well equipped and has a vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. The washing machine is in a separate laundry room within the apartment just beside the kitchen.

Both air conditioned bedrooms are located at the rear of the property; one with twin beds and the other with double bed and both have fitted wardrobes. The bedrooms share a complete bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Perfect location and fully air conditioned both hot and cold throughout.
