The apartment has both front and rear sun terraces assuring all day sun. Fully furnished with tables and chairs and a built in barbecue at the rear ideal for meals al fresco.

The apartment is on the second floor of a traditional Pine Walk building but having been modernised. It comprises of two air conditioned bedrooms both with twin beds. One of the bedrooms has sliding doors out to the front balcony and a partitioning wall between itself and the lounge. This room is air conditioned. The lounge has television, DVD player and sofa bed.

The kitchen is well equipped with a vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine and a table suitable for eating indoors. Access to the rear terrace with BBQ is from the kitchen. The shower room has a shower with hydro massage.
