This fantastic complex, ideal for families, is situated in the central residential area of Boquer; only 50metres from the Pine Walk beach and beside the centre of resort.

This modern apartment has been tastefully decorated and has it's own private terrace and garden. Being on the corner of the complex means the apartment has the largest terrace complete with sunbeds and BBQ. Inside, on the the ground floor there is a lounge/dining room with satellite television, DVD player, air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the private front terrace and garden. There is also a well equipped fully fitted kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Finally a WC can be found on this level.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total; one with double bed, one twin bedded room and a single room. The master bedroom has access out to a balcony overlooking the garden and an has en suite bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower. The other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

The lounge and two of the bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bedroom has a free standing fan.
