This fantastic complex, ideal for families, is situated in the central residential area of Boquer; only 50metres from the Pine Walk beach and beside the centre of resort. There are 8 apartments in this complex. Two ground floor apartments with 3 bedrooms each, four first floor duplex apartments with 3 bedrooms each and finally two town houses each with four bedrooms. Apartment number's 3 (three bedroom) and 8 (four bedroom) are fully air conditioned - supplements are payable for these apartments. All the other apartments have free standing fans.

Apartments 1 & 2: Very spacious apartments set all on one level, therefore, suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Enter into the entrance hall with a guest toilet. There is a lounge/dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and access to the private and large front terrace. There is a well equipped fully fitted kitchen with vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Three bedrooms in total; one with double bed, and two twin bedded rooms. The master bedroom has access to the front terrace and an en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a complete bathroom.

An extra bed can be provided for a supplement - lounge only space.

These very spacious apartments are located metres from the sandy Pine Walk beach with sunbeds and shade. A very popular area Boquer is centrally located to shops, restaurants and the beach and has mountain views.
