This spacious third floor attic apartment is located in the centre of Puerto Pollensa. With everything close at hand and relaxing mountain views you can be in the centre whilst also high above the hustle and bustle below. The market square can be seen from the apartment whilst the beach is ony 150metres away.

Inside the apartment has a large lounge/dining room with satellite television, DVD, CD player, air conditioning and access to a small balcony with table and chairs and views of the church square. From the lounge a spiral staircase will take you out to the private roof terrace which is fully furnished with dining table, chairs and sun loungers. Here you will also find a built-in BBQ and an open air shower. There are three air conditioned bedrooms; two with twin beds and one double room. The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite complete bathroom with bath and overhead shower and there is an additional shower room for the use of the other two bedrooms. The fully fitted kitchen comes well equipped with vitro ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned with both hot and cold air.
