CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT HOURS

Normally check in is from 15:00 PM

Check out time is 10:00 AM or before.

If there is no other tenant waiting for the apartment or leaving it, owners are normally very flexible with checking out schedule. Please contact us to request an early check-in or late check-out time.

In order to reserve a property a deposit of 25% of the total amount payable is required to be paid within a maximum of 7 calendar days of making your reservation request. The remainder must be paid six weeks before your arrival to resort. We will send you a reminder by email before this time.

If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before arrival the full amount must be paid on booking.

Payment may be made by bank transfer or by Visa. All costs incurred by making a bank transfer will be at the guest's expense. We ask you to send the confirmation of transfer to us by email as soon as possible so that the contract is established and can be subsequently confirmed. Payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1% of the total cost of the transaction.

We CANNOT guarantee the availability of the apartment, before the payment of the deposit and subsequent payment on time of the remainder of the reservation.

BOOKING PROCEDURE

You must complete the booking form sent to you by email to secure the booking.

The person who completes booking form must be over 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring full payment with us. They are also responsible for keeping other members of his/her party informed as to the booking details.

The booking is confirmed when an official confirmation email for the booking has been sent to you by RENTALSPUERTOPOLLENSA.COM. Is it important to print out this email confirmation and bring it with you to the apartment.

Please carefully check the details on your confirmation email and all other documentation on receipt and inform us immediately of any errors. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.

Your contract with us and all matters arising out of it are governed by the laws of Spain and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Inca.

CHANGES BY YOU

If you wish to change your booking after it has been confirmed we will try to assist but cannot guarantee to meet such requests. You will be liable for any costs of exchange rate differences resulting from your booking changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation made means that all payments made are non-refundable.

You may cancel your booking in writing no later than six weeks before your arrival date.

You must send us the booking confirmation email as well as all the relevant details of the reservation.

We advise you to contract travel insurance to avoid losing your payments.

FORCE MAJEURE

We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force majeure. Force Majeure means any event which we or the supplier of the service could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.

APARTMENT PREFERENCES AND TYPES

Please pay special attention to the apartment’s description at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the apartment booked will be suitable for their party's requirements and standards. 

RENTALSPUERTOPOLLENSA.COM will not be responsible for guest disapproval of the characteristics of apartment booked on line.

The properties are equipped with bed linen, towels (not for beach use) and kitchen equipment.

 For rental contract periods of less than one month prices included water electricity and gas unless otherwise stated in the description or at the time of booking.

 Cots and high chairs can be arranged for an additional cost.
