At this time we do not have a facility to make bookings directly online. Please contact us by email or telephone to make your reservation.
4. What are the methods of payment? Payment may be made by bank transfer to the account details we will provide you with at the time of booking or by VISA through our web page. Full, step by step, instructions will be given at the time of booking.
5. Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before travelling. You should check any exclusions, and that your policy covers you for all the activities you want to undertake. You should obtain a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) before leaving the UK. The EHIC is not a substitute for medical and travel insurance, but entitles you to emergency medical treatment on the same terms as Spanish nationals. You will not be covered for medical repatriation, on-going medical treatment or treatment of a non-urgent nature.
Your property will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival at 3pm and check out time is 10am on the morning of your departure. If there has been no departure on the day of your arrival and we have been able to prepare the property previously you may go straight there on your arrival even if this is before 3pm. If there has been a departure and you would like to go straight the the property to leave your luggage please be patient with the cleaner. Late departures will only be considered if there is no arrival on the day of your departure and we are able to reorganise the cleaning. If you have any specific requirements please notify us at the time of booking.
All our properties include towels (not for beach use) and bed linen in the rental. Towels and bedding are generally changed on a weekly basis, i.e. once during a 2 week stay. Properties are cleaned on a weekly basis, i.e. one clean during a 2 week stay. Villa rentals also normally include a mid week change of towels, however, please check at the time of booking. Extra cleans can be arranged for an additional charge.
A standard food pack can be arranged for an additional charge. For most rentals this would not be necessary as you should find a local supermarket open nearby. During summer months the small supermarkets open until 10pm. If, however, you do require a food pack on arrival please ask us at the time of booking and we can send a list of contents and price.
Both items can be rented locally. If you would like us to arrange this please advise us at the time of booking and we can organise the rental so that the items are in the property on your arrival and collected at the end of your stay.
