Booking your apartment with Rentals Puerto Pollensa is simple and secure.

1. Choose the property you like among our selection. Once you are situated in the apartment page (where you have all the details of the apartment, such as pictures, location map, prices etc.) complete the enquiry form at the bottom of the page and press “Send”. We will then receive all the information we need to start your enquiry/ booking process. 2. When you complete the enquiry form, as confirmation of your enquiry, you will receive in your email account a duplicate of this information which is the same information we receive. Please check that all the information is correct, otherwise resend the enquiry form with the correct information. If you do not receive a confirmation email it is possible that you entered your email address incorrectly in the enquiry form, please resend your enquiry taking extra care to check your email address is inserted correctly.

3. Once we have received the form, we will check the availability of the apartment with the owner. That could take from few minutes to 24 hours. In the shortest time possible, we will contact you at the email address you provided. We will confirm availability and indicate the final price for the nights you have requested, offering an alternative where possible if the property you have chosen is unavailable.

4. Once you confirm your enquiry and intention to make a reservation, we will send you a copy of our booking conditions, the booking form and payment details. You may also find a copy of our booking conditions by selecting 'Booking Conditions' on our home page. For your convenience we accept payments by Visa or bank transfers. All payments made by credit card will incur a surcharge of 1% of the total cost of your reservation. Please indicate your preferred method of payment at the time of booking. We will hold your dates for 48hours so that you may make the necessary arrangements. Where possible we will extend your option with the owner.

5. After we have received the deposit payment you will receive a “Confirmation Email” for your booking. When you travel to Mallorca make sure you bring with you a copy of this Confirmation Email as it will serve as your booking voucher.

6. We will contact you again by email when your balance is due, normally 6 weeks before arrival. You may pay your balance anytime up to this date. Once we have received your balance we will send you all the relevant arrival details, such as, property address/directions, key instructions and transfer information if you have arranged a transfer with us.
