Detached holiday villa with private swimming pool situated in the quite urbanisation of Siller only 2km from the beach and centre of Puerto Pollensa. La Barraca is an ideal choice if you don't want to rent a car or use your car too much during your stay.

 
The villa is set in private grounds, has been recently refurbished and is complete with all mod cons. Built in a traditional Mallorcan style with beamed ceilings and tiled floors. 

 

You will enter the villa into an open plan living room with a feature fireplace, air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player and separate sitting and dining areas. There is a large separate kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There are also two air conditioned bedrooms; a twin room and double bedroom and two family bathrooms with bath and overhead shower on this floor. On the first floor there is a spacious air conditioned twin bedroom leading onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

 

Outside there is a large L shaped terrace overlooking the private swimming pool (10m x 5m and with roman steps) and garden. Fully furnished with a wonderful teak dining table, built-in barbecue and sun loungers. 

 

Fully air conditioned throughout. From October until May air conditioning/heating is paid for separately by meter (between June - end September it is included in the price).
