This is a fantastic and great sized villa on the Pine Walk.

As well as having magnificent views of the bay, all the restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollensa are within easy walking distance.

At the front of the property there is a large furnished terrace with table and chairs suitable for dining al fresco and with sea views and direct access onto the beach. On the ground floor the living/dining room has satellite television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher. There is also a shower room and twin bedroom with bunk beds on this floor. The rear terrace has a laundry room and an additional shower room (with exterior access only).

Upstairs an additional three bedrooms can be found, two of which open out to a large upstairs terrace with sea views, and a family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower.

The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and has satellite television and feature fireplace. A large picture window and patio door gives direct access to the front terrace.

A really pretty family house full of character, close to all the amenities of Puerto Pollensa.
