The villa has 5 air conditioned bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

Ground floor: there is a lounge with satellite television. The very spacious dining room can seat over 20 people and the central focus is the original olive press. There is a well equipped kitchen with double oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a separate laundry room with washing machine. One air conditioned twin bedroom with a shower room can also be found on this floor.

First floor: there is an air conditioned master bedroom with a double bed, safety deposit box and an en suite shower room. Two air conditioned twin bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room. The fifth air conditioned bedroom is large and has four single beds, there is a family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower to service this room and the other upstairs twin room. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

From the kitchen doors open onto a large shaded terrace complete with BBQ. There is a large balcony at the front of the house that overlooks the private swimming pool (8m x 4m) and gardens.
