Edificio Mar - Ref: 212 - Apartment

We had a wonderful stay and the apartment was everything we expected and more!! Fantastic location. Thank you so much for all your help with everything.

I've just returned from Puerto Pollensa and would just like to say what a great apartment you have.Near enough to beach,restaraunts, shops but not noisy. We had a fab time in pp.

We came back yesterday from staying in your lovely apartment – it was cleaned to a very high standard, the knives were sharp in the kitchen, everything we could possibly ask for was provided, and the views of the hills were beautiful in the garden. Whenever we come back to Puerto Pollensa,  we will definitely look to stay in one of your apartments again.Thanks very much once again.

This apartment boasts room, quality fittings and is situated in one of the best locations in Puerto Pollenca. It genuinely is only 50 yards from the famous "Pine Walk". When it's this close to a fantastic sandy beach, who needs swimming pool ? If being close to the restaurants, shops and beach are important to you, give this place a try. Added to this, it's wonderfully quiet at night, and has the benefit of air-con throughout the apartment. The kitchen is well fitted out. Having its own secluded garden outside, it makes a great place to relax in the shade or enjoy a bbq.
I believe the best question to ask is "would we return to this apartment again ?". You bet we would, wonderful apartment, wonderful resort, wonderful owner/management team. All in all, a time we will remember for a long time.

We had a lovely time in Maria’s apartment at Edificio Mar B from 2nd to 12th April 2017, assisted by some unseasonably warm weather, and too short as always!

We met Maria on arrival who was most helpful and friendly, and we truly appreciated the teapot she’d bought for us and also the essential items (toilet paper, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, bottled water etc.) which had been left in the apartment and which meant we didn’t have to dash out on the first evening to buy them. She also explained how everything worked etc. There was plenty of cutlery, dishes and glasses etc. which also meant we didn’t have to buy them, which we were accustomed to at the previous apartment.

The apartment was very comfortable and we felt right at home in the living room and on the terrace. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless and modern. The only downsides were noisy tourists in Apt. C and also diagonally across Carrer del Gregal, but one can find ignorant people anywhere.

We look forward to staying there again and will be in touch again for perhaps later this year or next.
