Inside the property is distributed all on one level with a lounge/dining room with television/DVD player and patio doors to the front terrace. The kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms in total (two with twin beds and one with double bed). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is an additional shower room to service the other two bedrooms.

A wonderful property situated opposite the beach and a five minute walk from the resort centre. WIFI provided.

A local Tax of 2,20 euro per person and per night is charged seperately and payable in cash on arrival in resort.

I was there with my better half in Sept '15 and liked it so much we're going again next September. Maybe it's a bit extravagant for just two people and it sure would be more cost effective if shared with a few more - there are after all, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. But then again, the freedom of all that space and the privacy afforded by the walled front garden and trees is worth it as far as we're concerned. I do like an apartment balcony to get plenty of sunshine and was a little disconcerted at first that the trees blocked the sun, but in a few days you will appreciate the shade of the trees. If the Sun is your god, you can always move a chair to the garden or do it right and just hop across the road to the beach. She who must be appeased thought the ground floor location could be vulnerable but it connects you immediately with the beach and with the entire bay in a way that an upper floor apartment cannot. And after all, you'll be in Puerto Pollensa, surely one of the most relaxed places in Mallorca.

The location of Londres 30 is fantastic, affording uninterrupted spectacular views of the bay.

Even if you are unlucky and happen to get some inclement weather during your stay it is great to look out from the living area and watch the weather move through the bay.

The location is so convenient to the town centre, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.

The apartment is very well appointed and has everything thing anyone would require on holiday. 

Beds are very comfortable.

There is plenty of outside space, chairs and tables. So no matter whether you are seeking the sun or shade you can always find a spot.

The small apartment complex is very quiet, and even though the location is close to the beach front you don't really notice too much noise.

The hedges are a good height,  there may be people walking past on the front but the raised location of the living area and the taller hedge obscures them.

Overall while the rooms are not overly spacious, they are very adequate for holiday accommodation. 

I would definitely recommend Londres 30 and hope to return later in the year.
